手性1,2-二氢吡啶化合物是重要的手性砌块, 可通过还原或环加成反应来方便构建药物分子中十分重要的手性含氮杂环化合物如哌啶等, 因此其高效合成对于新药研发具有重要的研究意义. 利用手性源和手性辅基诱导的策略需要使用化学计量的手性试剂, 发展不对称催化的方法来合成结构多样性的手性1,2-二氢吡啶化合物无疑十分重要. 自2004年报道首例对活化吡啶的不对称C2位亲核加成反应以来, 该策略被成功用于发展合成C2位芳基、烷基、炔基等取代的手性1,2-二氢吡啶化合物的不对称催化新方法. 最近, 一种新的基于亚胺不对称转化的串联反应策略也被设计开发用于多样性合成这类手性含氮杂环化合物. 本综述概述了相关研究进展, 并介绍了相关研究难点和未来的发展空间.  相似文献

Dications of cycloparaphenyles ([n]CPPs) are known to exhibit in-plane global aromaticity, contained in a nanobelt structure. Recently synthesized ortho and meta isomers of [n]CPPs break the radial symmetry of π structure incorporating perpendicular oriented π orbitals. Herein we set to explore the aromaticity of neutral and dicationic ortho and meta isomers of [8]CPP by dissecting the induced magnetic field to contributions of the twofold radial/perpendicular π system using delocalized canonical molecular orbitals (CMO), and introducing the natural localized molecular orbitals (NLMO) analysis with DFT methods. The dications sustain a reduced global aromatic character of the radial π system under a perpendicular orientation of the external field which declines from ortho to meta isomer and reinforces local aromaticity of ortho ring while it destroys aromaticity of meta ring. Aromaticity variations are determined by symmetry governed rotational excitations of frontier π orbitals. The parallel orientation reveals a substantial reduction of local aromaticity verified with NICSπ analysis and electron delocalization indices.  相似文献

The effect of substrate temperature and N2/Ar flow ratio on the stoichiometry, structure and hardness of TaNx coatings prepared on (111) Si substrates by DC reactive sputtering was investigated. For the structural, chemical and morphological analysis, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Auger electron scanning and atomic force microscopy were respectively used. Hardness values of thin films were determined using the work of indentation model from nanoindentation measurements. TaN stoichiometric coatings were obtained for samples deposited at room temperature. The stoichiometric TaN phase was not obtained by increasing the temperature up to 773 K, even when increasing the N2/Ar flow ratio. Even when a saturation in nitrogen content was achieved, nitrogen vacancies are still present in those samples. For coatings prepared at 773 K and low N2/Ar flow ratio, a phase mixture between TaNx and cubic α‐Ta was observed, while a cubic structure δ‐TaN was formed by increasing the N2/Ar flow ratio. A maximum in hardness and (38 GPa) was obtained for the sample deposited at 773 K and a N2/Ar flow ratio of 0.2, which presented a δ‐TaN cubic crystalline structure and a roughness value of 1.6 nm. The conversion coating with golden color and improved corrosion resistance had been prepared by adding Mn2+ in the Ti/Zr conversion coating solution. Comparing with that of conversion coating without Mn2+, the optimal treatment time of this conversion coating was much shorter and the corrosion resistance was obviously improved. The effect of Mn2+ on the formation of golden Ti/Zr conversion coating was thoroughly investigated by means of energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, SEM, XPS, and Raman and electrochemical workstation. The results showed that the conversion coating had a double‐layer structure: the outer layer consisted of the metal‐organic complex and the inner layer was mainly made up of Na3AlF6. Mn2+ was oxidized into MnOOH in solution and precipitated on the substrate surface which provided the nucleus to Na3AlF6 crystal and accelerated Na3AlF6 crystal formation and also made the microstructure of conversion coating change to the cubic. The mechanism of the formation of the conversion coating can be deemed as nucleation, growth of Na3AlF6 crystal, and formation of metal‐organic complex. A rapid, sensitive, and specific method was developed and validated using a nonaqueous‐capillary electrophoresis method with TOF‐MS for determination of sunitinib and N‐desethyl sunitinib in human urine. In order to avoid ionic suppression a urine samples dilution with methanol 1:10 previous step was used. This was the only treatment step to urine samples before the injection. Despite this dilution of the urine, the detection limit was as low as 0.07 mg/L for sunitinib and 0.15 mg/L for N‐desethyl sunitinib. Separation of compounds was achieved with a mixture of 5 mM ammonium formate in methanol. The calibration curves were linear over the range of 0.5–50.0 mg/L for the two analyzed compounds. The within‐run and between‐run precisions were within 5%, while the accuracy ranged from 96.0 to 100.4%. This method can be used in routine clinical practice to monitor sunitinib and N‐desethyl sunitinib drugs in the urine of cancer patients treated with once daily administration.  相似文献

In this study, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate) zirconium(IV) monothiophosphate composite cation exchanger was prepared by sol–gel precipitation method. The presence of sulphur in the cation exchanger enhances affinity towards the heavy metal ions which can improve the selectivity of the material. The selectivity studies showed that the material is selective towards Pb(II) ions. To characterise the material, several physicochemical properties were also studied which includes X-ray, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy studies. The ion-exchange behaviour of this cation exchanger was studied by using some of the selected properties like ion-exhange capacity for various metal ions, elution, effect of eluent concentration, thermal effect on ion-exchange capacity (IEC). The results of IEC and physicochemical properties revealed that the material is nanocomposite, crystalline, chemically, mechanically and thermally stable. The analytical ability of this cation exchanger was demonstrated in binary separation of Pb(II) ions from a mixture of other metal ions. The recovery is qualitative and the separations are reproducible.  相似文献

To manipulate the functions of nanomaterials more precisely for diverse applications, the controllability and critical influencing factors of their properties must be thoroughly investigated. In this work, the macroscopic and microscopic effects are studied on the photophysical properties of various pyrene‐ended poly(styrene‐block‐methyl methacrylate) nanostructures. Fluorescent polymer nanospheres, nanorods, and nanotubes are prepared by different template‐based methods using anodic aluminum oxide membranes. Chain arrangements and conformations are determined as the key factors affecting the photophysical properties of the fluorescent polymer nanostructures. This work not only gives a deeper understanding of the effects on the photophysical properties of polymer nanomaterials influenced by morphologies, chain arrangements, and chain conformations, but also provides a reference for designing proper fluorescent nanostructures for specific applications.
